One of the largest hotels in the province, the 4 star Hotel Delta Florence has space in great abundance as well as state of the art facilities and a dedicated team of staff ready to support the hosting of just about any special event or occasion. Our meeting and conference facilities here in the Florence business district of Calenzano Sesto Fiorentino are divided into seven distinct halls, with a maximum capacity of 500 and total floor space of 750m².
Whatever the purpose of your event or the size of your group, we can tailor a package to suit your needs and since we have 240 single, double and triple guest rooms at our disposal, as well as a gourmet restaurant that seats up to 600, we can quite readily provide your event with a full accommodation and catering package to suit your budget.
Refreshments such as coffee and sweet Italian snacks come in with our congress centre product, as do the staff on hand to support your event, while buffets, lunches and welcome drinks can all be woven into your desired itinerary. In the evenings, our ambient American Bar offers a fine resting place to while the evening away, break the ice or celebrate brokering that all important deal. Be careful with the Grappa if you’ve a big presentation in the morning though!

The Hotel Delta Florence 4 star congress centre is equipped with all the latest technology required for large scale presentations and communications, including full PA system, projectors and screens, DVD players and other audio visual equipment. The entire property is covered by our Wi-Fi signal, which is free of charge and suitable for instant messaging and video calling. Our highly trained event management staff will be on hand throughout the planning of your event to provide support, including the recommendation and hiring of outsourced service providers such as interpreters and transport.
